file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included,
verify that the path is correct and try again.

Where are you trying to write this? Is it in your command prompt or in the Anaconda prompt?

You should make sure to open Anaconda prompt if you are on Windows 

and Terminal on Mac OS or Linux.
