Your question is about writing scripts in R. This is a standard approach to create and save files, when working with the R programming language. If we have and R script and save it, we’ll be able to open it, whenever we’d like, as it will be stored on your computer. In addition, we’d be able to share our work with other people, for instance colleagues, other students or our professor. We can’t do that, if we just write in our console.
