Thank you for your reply.
In any case, please make sure not to have any traces from previously installed MySQL components, the MySQL server included. This disrupts the installation process.

Can you please let us know about having already installed MySQL components? Thank you.

In addition, please go to your Control Panel and check how many versions of Visual C++ do you currently have on your computer. 

You have to make sure you have only that is up are running, and all others have been removed.
Please also make sure to restart your computer after removing some versions.
