Generally, after installing Visual C++ (the version you point out is supposed to work well for you), you need to restart your computer. Then, while using the MySQL installer, you should be able to follow the instructions as normal and install the relevant version of MySQL.
If there’s any problem with completing this process, it should be happening at some step. If this is the case, can you please support your question with a screenshot/more specific information about what the problem is? Thank you.
